The website collects personal data only when you submit a form.

Data you enter in a form:

Technical data automatically attached to your request:

• Address (URL) of the page from which the form is sent
• Address of the referring page ("referrer"), if your browser sends it

What the website does not do: it loads no audience measurement tool (no Google Analytics), no advertising pixel (no Meta pixel, no Google Ads tag) and does not track your browsing from page to page.

Your IP address is processed technically to display the website, protect it and limit abusive form submissions. It is not saved with your request; it may appear in the technical logs of the server and of our delivery provider.

Your data is intended for the ENN CONSULTING team in charge of handling your request. It may be disclosed to competent authorities when legally required.

Processors:

• Scaleway SAS (8 rue de la Ville-l'Évêque, 75008 Paris, France): infrastructure provider. ENN CONSULTING rents from it a dedicated server, located in a data centre in France, which it administers itself. ENN CONSULTING is therefore the host of the website and of its database (Supabase software installed on that server).
• Cloudflare, Inc. (101 Townsend St., San Francisco, CA 94107, USA): content delivery and protection network placed in front of the website. The data you send, including form data, passes through this provider to reach our server.

If you choose to send us an email, this exchange goes through the email service you use, under its own privacy rules.

Your requests are stored in France, on a dedicated server administered by ENN CONSULTING and rented from Scaleway.

They pass through the network of Cloudflare, Inc., a company established in the United States. This transit may involve processing outside the European Union. Cloudflare, Inc. is certified under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework, and the data processing agreement concluded with it incorporates the European Commission's standard contractual clauses where they are required.
