How long before I get my first leads?
Timing depends on your sector, your budget and the technical setup. We give you an estimate during the audit; it is not a commitment on results.
Where do the figures published on this website come from?
They are measured on a website published by ENN CONSULTING, through read-only queries on its database. The period, the definitions and the calculation method are published on the case study page.
Why don't you publish client case studies?
Our rule is to publish only figures that are measured and sourced. Today, those are the figures from a site of our own. These figures describe that website; they do not predict the results of another project.

How we work
How are you different from a traditional agency?
We run campaigns for qualified leads, not clicks or impressions. And each lead is sent to you as soon as it is complete, not in a month-end export.
Do I keep control over my campaigns?
Yes. You have access to your ad accounts, your numbers and the decisions made.
Which sectors do you work with?
Our offer is not limited to one sector. To date, the only case we publish is about loft insulation, in Spain. A first conversation is there to check that your market is a fit; if it is not, we tell you.
Which countries do you work in?
France and Spain. We work in French, English and Spanish.
What happens after my callback request?
We reply Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm. The callback and the first conversation are free. If we can help, we send you a costed proposal; if we are not the right fit, we tell you.
Leads and delivery
What is a complete lead?
A form filled in all the way to the contact details. In the figures we publish, test leads are excluded.
How are leads qualified?
Through multi-step forms with qualification questions, automatic scoring and, depending on your needs, manual verification.
How are leads delivered?
In real time via CRM, email, Slack, WhatsApp or SMS. We adapt to your existing workflow.

A complete lead, ready to be called back.
Not just a phone number. Each lead arrives with the answers given in the funnel, its area, its traffic source and the record of its consent.

Data and compliance
Where is this website's data hosted?
This website and its database are hosted in France, on a dedicated server administered by ENN CONSULTING. The website is delivered through Cloudflare's network. Details are in the privacy policy.
How is consent recorded?
In the funnels we build, the person's agreement is recorded with its date and time, and it travels with the lead. On this website's forms, agreeing to receive our commercial communications is a separate checkbox, optional and unticked by default.
Does this website set cookies or trackers?
No. This website currently sets no non-essential cookies or trackers: no audience measurement, no advertising, no pixels.
Commitment and budget
What's the commitment period?
The duration is set in the commercial proposal. We generally recommend 3-month cycles, to have time to optimise.
What's the minimum budget required?
Budget depends on your sector and goals. Contact us for a recommendation tailored to your market.
What is free, and what is paid?
The callback and the first conversation are free and come with no obligation. The audit, the setup and the management are paid services, costed in a proposal before we start.
